Roles & Responsibilities:
- Report to the C-Level executive time to time.
- Centrally manage HR strategy and operations through ATS ( application tracking system)
- Centrally coordinate all HR projects across the company
- Design and execute talent acquisition plans from multiple automated channels
- Develop sourcing channels with Tier 1 & 2 institutions .
- Help talent join us through an extraordinary interviewing experience
- Monitor key metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire
- Onboard extraordinary talent & retain them
- Manage compensation, promotion, payroll, benefits, etc.
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage manpower planning, recruitment, and selection process.
- Assess training and development needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Create and implement effective onboarding and employee orientation procedures
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Required Skill-Sets:
- Direct experience as a People Leader, Recruiter, or similar role
- Extraordinary verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional time-management, project-management, and organizational skills
- Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as performance management, compensation, benefits, health and safety etc.
• Lead the organization in recruitment and manpower planning.
• Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.
• Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tactics.
• Oversee our payroll and performance evaluation systems.
• Design company policies and procedures.
• Review and update our employment contracts and agreements.
• Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance.
• Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards.
• Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required.
• Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics.
• Oversee our payroll and performance evaluation systems.
• Review and update our employment contracts and agreements.
• Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives.
• Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
• Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices.
• A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element.
• Knowledge and sound experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics and functions ((pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.)
- Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases, knowledge of Freshteam is a plus
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
